Your Right to Return

Our returns process has been designed to be simple, fair and in line with UK consumer legislation where applicable.
UK Customers
If you purchased your order through our website and have changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in a resalable condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories where possible.
- Be returned with proof of purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault or error is confirmed, ClearShot will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement product.
- A repair where appropriate.
- A full or partial refund.
- Reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Please include your order number along with photographs or a short description of the issue to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
International Orders
We proudly supply customers worldwide.
For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Please note that original shipping charges, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are non-refundable unless required by the laws of your country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely and sent using a tracked shipping service where possible.
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- The reason for your return.
- Photographs if the item is damaged or faulty.
Once approved, we'll provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, any refund due will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. We'll advise you on the quickest and most suitable way to arrange an exchange.
Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
- The item has been damaged through misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
- The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than ClearShot.
- The return falls outside the applicable returns period, unless your statutory rights apply. (14 days UK)
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
