What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item.
- Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not appropriate.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or impact.
- Incorrect use, misuse or abuse.
- Improper storage.
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents or cleaning products not recommended by ClearShot.
- Cosmetic marks that are not due to our products.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the fault where possible.
Providing this information helps us assess your claim quickly and ensures we can offer the most appropriate solution.
Warranty Assessment
Each warranty claim is assessed individually by our team. In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection before a decision is made.
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, we'll arrange the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Our Promise
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every warranty claim straightforward, fair and hassle-free.
If you ever have a question about your ClearShot product, we're always happy to help.
